Sipho Antony Andrew Sibanda

Antony has in-depth experience equivalent to 26 years in managing companies and strategic business units in challenging environments in the plant hire, radio communication and defence equipment manufacturing.

Over the course of his career, he refined his skills in strategic business management, sales & marketing management, financial management & strategy, business & finance transformation as well as stakeholder relationship management and team building, motivation and leadership.

Chief Operations Officer

Nhlanhla Ngiba

Nhlanhla spans some 25 years with experience specifically in the electricity supply industry as well as the mining industry. He ventured into business management after spending several years as Senior Engineer at Eskom and successfully completing his MBA in 2007.

Since 2007 Nhlanhla gathered in-depth industry related experience from a range of positions at various companies such as ABB Power Generation, General Electric, Toshiba and Aggreko.
